Pasadena Pouch The Pasadena Pouch was requested as a duty-type double mag pouch by the Pasadena (TX) Police Department to their specs. Tek-Lok is standard now but can be made with strap for your duty belt or in leather on request.The pouch clips on and off for easy use and wear using a Tek-Lok. A Tek-Lok, made by Blade-Tech, is a innovative versatile attaching & locking device that can be locked stationary by two retaining locking tabs. The Tek-Lok can be locked in place permanently by a perma-clip. The Tek-Lok can be easily removed from a belt by simply pressing both locking tabs together.
